THE VICTORY TEAM
Debra Okowa, RN is the administrator for Victory Home Health Care. For over 20 years Debra has been in the Child Care and Healthcare System.
She has worked as a childcare provider for years in New Jersey, helping families take care of their children while they are at work. Debra then took a step further and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a Medical Assistant.
As Registered Nurse she worked at both a nursing home and for one of the leading hospitals in North Carolina.
Debra and her team understand that sending a patient home from the hospital doesn't mean the care is over. Debra decided to extend her helping hands through Victory Home Health Care, which she founded in 2017.
Onome Grant is a licensed practical nurse, working in nursing homes and home health care.
Onome has been serving in the healthcare system since January 2006, and has worked as a CNA from 2006 to 2009.
Taylor Thomas is the Office Manager for Viscotry Home Health Care.
Taylor has a background in customer service and marketing.
